The Power of Intention in Achieving Your Goals, Part 2

So here's the conclusion to Peggy McColl's story about how she was able to buy her dream home even although she didn't have a lot of money. If you missed the first part of this article then simply click the link below:

The Power of Your Intention in Achieving Your Goals

I left the story where Peggy was awaiting the outcome of the draw for the dream home that she had bought a ticket for. Peggy had even wrote on her goal cards that she was living at the address of this fabulous home that so aptly matched her criteria for her dream home - talk about tapping into the power of intention.

The draw was on 07 December and Dr John Goodman won the home. Yes, you read that correctly, Peggy didn't win. And I know a lot of questions must be rushing through your mind right now but please be patient. All will be made clear.

There's a powerful lesson to be learnt here. Sometime when we set a goal we try set how the goal will be manifest and this does not always work. Just as there are different ways to achieve a particular goal, there can be different outcomes to a particular goal quest.

Was Peggy disappointed? Of course, she was - who wouldn't be? Did she feel defeated? No. She re-wrote her goal cards and re-affirmed her intention to purchase her dream home.

Here's the challenge. You have to really want to achieve your goal, have an emotional investment in wanting to achieve your goal and yet be detached from the outcome. You also have to be open to disguised opportunities that can help progress you towards your goal.

For instance, in the movie The Matrix, when Neo was told to follow the white rabbit I'm sure he didn't expect it to come in the form of a tattoo.

So several months went by and then one night Peggy was suddenly awakened from a deep sleep with the thought that she should buy a certain house. When she drove by the house the next day she discovered that it was for sale and so she called the agent and arranged a viewing.

Now bear in mind that, at this time Peggy still doesn't have the funds to go shopping for houses. However, she viewed the house and was delighted to find that this house also ticked all her boxes. The only problem was that she didn't have the money to buy the house but then an idea popped into her head.

She offered the agent a down payment of $3,000 as an occupancy fee with an agreement to settle the balance in 6 months time. Note too that Peggy wasn't in the habit of creating real estate deals - this idea came to her intuitively and she acted on it - another important lesson. When your intuition speaks not only listen to it but take action.

Peggy didn't even have $3,000 cash at the time but she had a credit card which she knew she could get an advance for that sum and that how she was able to come up with the occupancy fee. She told a close friend what she had done and this friend then helped her come up with an idea to raise $3,000. Now she just had to find the balance of the funding for the house – no sweat.

But Peggy did sweat. The months started to creep by and she didn't know how she would raise the balance. However, she kept telling herself that she would find a way and she continued with her visualization and other practices to help keep her focus on the outcome she desired. And when Peggy felt panicky she reminded herself that she didn't need to know how this situation would be resolved but she asked herself how would she feel when it was resolved.

The former was in the hands of the Universe whereas she was in control of the latter and so she practiced experiencing the feeling of having the money to honour her agreement and purchase her dream home. She also detached herself from the outcome by recognizing that the worst that could happen was that she would lose the house but that didn't equate to becoming homeless.

But she needed to raise the money by 01 December.

Now it so happened that the company she was working for had decided to go public. She'd managed to save some money and decided to invest in the company.

The date for the initial public offering was 26 October but it was postponed to 26 November.

She learnt that it if she sold her stock it would take four days for the transaction to be completed.

This was cutting it very fine.

However, she kept her faith. She was so confident that things would work out this time around that she planned a party for 01 December and had bought champagne for the celebrations. (This reminds me of the story of the 2006 Olympic champion, Antoine Dénériaz, who won the skiing downhill race in the Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. He was so confident that he would win that he also bought champagne beforehand to celebrate. You can read my post Positive Thinking - Does it Work? for that story.)

When Peggy's company went public the price of the shares soared. She sold and made a handsome profit and was able to buy her dream home.

Don't ever give up on your dreams. And don't let people tell you that you're being unreasonable and unrealistic when it comes to setting your goals because no one knows what is reasonable or realistic until you invoke the power of intention and take action to achieve your goals.

The Power of Your Intention in Achieving Your Goals

I listened to the Tools to Reclaim Your Power teleseminar last night where Lisa Garr interviewed the New York Times bestselling author Peggy McColl. In this teleseminar, one of the things that Peggy talked about was how she was able to buy her dream home at a time when she had very little money.

I strongly believe that the greater your emotional investment in the goals you set the more likely it is that you will achieve them. And I believe that's it's imperative to stay focused on what you want because whatever you focus on you'll manifest. Yet, I was also struck by the differences and similarities in Peggy McColl's story about getting her dream home and that of John Assaraf, one of my favourite business coaches and the best-selling author of "Having It All: Achieving Your Life's Goals and Dreams".

I've shared John Assaraf's story in a previous post:

The Power of Visualization to Achieve Your Goals and Manifest Your Dreams

John Assaraf created a vision board on which he placed a picture he's cut out from a magazine of a home he very much admired. He moved house and packed away his vision boards. He bought a new home and spent time renovating it to his style and taste and so it was a while before he fully unpacked.

One day, his son came into his office and asked him what was in one of the storage boxes he was about to tell his son about the vision boards but realised that it would be easier if he simply showed him the vision boards.

However, when opened the box he was stunned because he realised that the picture of the house on his vision board was actually the home he was now living in.

John Assaraf clearly set his intention about the type of home he desired and by placing an image of a home that represented that desire on his vision board he effectively communicated this intention to his sub-conscious mind. However, it would seem that, to some degree at least, he then let go and simply focused daily on the action steps that would move him forward personally and in his business. Further, it would appear that the power of intention was so strong that he was able to manifest his goals and dreams.

Peggy McColl's story is somewhat different. She had very little money but she didn't allow that to deter her from clearly identifying the type of home she wanted. As well as the basics such as its general layout and the number of respective rooms she wanted her home to have she also identified that she wanted the home to be located near trails where she and her then young son could go walking and riding.

She then wrote her goals regarding her dream home on several goal cards. A goal card is simply a card about the size of a 3x5 index card that you write your goals on - in the present tense as though you've already achieved it and with emotionally charged language.

Peggy McColl visited show homes and open houses and her then by-now ex-husband was totally bemused and thought she was wasting her time but she persisted. Then she heard about a competition to win a dream home and this home ticked all the right boxes. It exactly matched her description of her ideal home. In addition, it was fully furnished, came with a car, free groceries for a year, legal expenses were paid.

So Peggy McColl bought a $100 ticket to enter the competition - for as they say, you have to be in it to win it. And then she went into overdrive. She visited the home which was an open show home for the duration of the competition not just once but several times. She visualised living in this house.

She tried out the furniture and even got into the bath tub - fully clothed, of course. She imagined what it would be like living in that home. She eagerly anticipated the draw which was for 07 December...

Achieve Your Goals by Harnessing the Power of Visualization and an Unshakeable Self-Belief

The following story demonstrates how it is possible to achieve your goals by harnessing the power of visualization and self-belief.

John Reese was working in a video store - a low-wage paying job that, thankfully, was to be his last J.O.B. You see John Reese had a dream - a big dream. He wanted to become a successful entrepreneur - a millionaire entrepreneur.

Every day he would take to work with him two magazines - Entrepreneur Magazine where he could learn about business and be inspired by successful business owners and entrepreneurs and Auto Trader where he look at Porsches that were for sale. John Reese had, and still has, a passion for fast cars.

"When I had nothing I was already driving Ferraris and Porsches and stuff because I always wanted those cars. I already knew I was going to have those cars. It was inevitable. That was just my inevitable outcome."
John Reese

When asked what he was doing with the Auto Trader magazine John Reese would calmly say:

"I'm picking out the Porsche I'm going to buy."

People looked at him as though he was out of his mind and sniggered behind his back. His boss even took him aside and said to him:

"You know you really shouldn't do that to yourself, John because it's very, very, likely that is never going to happen. It's very likely that you're never going to have that car."

Surrounded with such negativity many people would've just shelved their dreams but John Reese was different. His self-belief was so strong that he didn't care what anyone told him. If anything, people's negativity simply made him more determined.

"No you don't realise that's it's inevitable that I will drive here sometime in the near future with that car when I'm not working for you and drop movies off for you to put back on the shelf."
John Reese

And so he continued to read his magazines and work towards achieving his goal.

According to the Law of Polarity everything has its opposite. And so just as you can think and believe that something is not possible so you can think and believe that something is possible. And as Wayne Dyer, author of "Excuses Begone!: How to Change Lifelong, Self-Defeating Thinking Habits" says, realistically you don't know with absolute certainty how something is going to turn out. No matter how strong your self-belief - no one has a crystal ball.

However, as Les Brown says:

"Whatever you focus on the longest becomes the strongest."

So you can choose to believe that something isn't possible and so consequently you act to support that particular belief and so manifest its inevitable outcome or you can believe the opposite. You can believe that something is possible and so act to support that belief and, in many cases you will achieve your desired outcome.

And even if you don't achieve your desired goal what you will succeed in doing if you believe that you can achieve your goal will far surpass what you will achieve if you believe otherwise. And, personally, I believe it's so much more exciting and empowering to believe in something that will enrich your life.

As for John Reese, true to his word, the day arrived when he drove up to the video store in his Porsche 911 Turbo convertible. Even although it was years later some of the individuals he had left behind were still working at that store. There were gasps of admiration.

"Wow! That is awesome! Is that your dad's car?"

With a smile he merely replied:

"Not exactly."

He didn't feel the need to say "I told you so". He had nothing to prove to these individuals, he had proved to himself what he could achieve using the power of visualization, the power of self-belief, sheer determination and hard work.

John Reese went on to achieve Internet Marketing history. Although his record has since been broken many times he will always remain the first person to earn a million dollars in a single day on the Internet but that's another story.

However, what I will add is this. He was so sure that he would accomplish this goal that he purchased the domain name MillionDollarDaydotcom a week before the scheduled date of his product launch.

And by harnessing the power of visualization, having an unshakable self-belief and taking action you too can achieve your goals.

Risking It All to Achieve Your Goals and Dreams

Video: Olympic Motivational Speaker Ruben Gonzalez Part 1

Ruben Gonzalez is 47 years old and he is currently competing in his fourth Olympics. He is not a medal contender but he has already broken one record. He is the first athlete to compete in four different winter Olympics in four different decades - 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, 2010s.

And along the way he's broken numerous bones to achieve his dream of competing in the Olympics. Ruben Gonzalez's personal Olympic flame was ignited when he was just 10 years old. After watching the winter Olympics he know that that was the "adventure" he wanted to be part of.

Later, when 21 years old, he was watching the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia and caught sight of the Canadian Scott Hamilton who won gold in figure skating. He thought to himself if such a "little guy" could achieve Olympic glory then he could too.

There was just one hitch.

He wasn't a great athlete but Ruben Gonzalez didn't let that stop him. In fact, he says that what impressed him most about the Olympics was not the athleticism of the competitors but their spirit. And what Ruben Gonzalez lacked in athleticism he more than made up for in spirit.

"I wasn't a great athlete so my plan was to find a sport that was so tough, that had so many broken bones in it that there'd be a lot of quitters only I wouldn't quit. I chose the luge."

Now he had another hitch. You see, Ruben Gonzalez lived in hot, humid Texas - hardly the place to train for the winter Olympics. (And you thought it was only the Jamaican bobsleigh team that had problems!)

So he contacted Lake Placid, explained his quest and asked if they'd help him to train but when he mentioned his age he was almost instantly dismissed. He was told that to start to train for the luge at his age was "brutal" and that nine out of ten people quit.

This was exactly what Ruben Gonzalez wanted to hear.

He finally convinced the officials to let him train and compete for his native South American country, Argentina.

During the first two years of his training he was crashing four out of five times but he didn't quit. The third year his crashing percentage was one percent. In other words, he was crashing just once in every 100 runs he did. He'd cracked it! And in the fourth year he made the Olympic team.

He made his dream come true.

Lesson #1
And this is a huge lesson that you should take from Ruben Gonzalez's story. Most people are so afraid of failing that they don't even try. And yet for most people, failing doesn't mean possible bruises and broken bones. For the most part when you fail the thing that gets bruised is your ego.

He admits that in the early years he was scared to death hurtling along that icy track on his sled. He had to continually push the boundaries of his comfort zone because as he improved he got faster and so it became scarier. Thankfully, through working with a sports psychologist he has now overcome his fears and can now fully enjoy the experience. But even when he was afraid he kept going because of his Olympic dream.

Lesson #2
You have to make your dream bigger than your fears. It's the only way you'll have the courage to continually face your fears.

"Each time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage, and confidence in the doing."

Ruben Gonzalez says that what helped him to keep going was visualizing the opening ceremony of the Games. He visualized with all his senses. It was as if he was actually there in person.

Lesson #3
Tap into the awesome power of your imagination to visualize your goals. Remember that your sub-conscious mind cannot differentiate between something that is real and something that is vividly imagined.

"Vivid visualizations are fuel for your dreams."
John Assaraf

Now, if you've been following the 2010 winter Olympics then you would have heard the tragic news of the death of the Georgian luge athlete, Nodar Kumaritashvili, during the final training session at the Whistler Sliding Centre. He died after crashing on the last corner of the course during training.

Georgia's small team of athletes (three alpine skiers, three figure skaters and another luger) did consider withdrawing from the Games but decided to continue - another testament to the spirit of Olympic athletes.

The death of this athlete helps to put into perspective the courage and bravery of lugers and just what an accomplishment Ruben Gonzalez has achieved. It is ironic that the young Nodar Kumaritashvili died at an age when Ruben Gonzalez was just starting out on his Olympic journey.

Ruben Gonzalez has achieved his dream of becoming an Olympic athlete and he says that one of the reasons he competes is to inspire other individuals to become Olympic athletes. It's my wish that you find and achieve your goal and dream whether it be an Olympic dream or simply an Olympic-sized dream.

"If you have a dream and you're willing to go for it and if you refuse to quit, you can make that dream come true."
Ruben Gonzalez

Why Saying Daily Positive Affirmations May Not Be Working For You

Apart from incorrectly constructing positive affirmations there is another reason why positive affirmations don't work or don't seem as if they're working.

Let's look at the latter case first. Business Optimization Strategist, Stephen Pierce said:

"Just because it ain't working doesn't mean it doesn't work."

Let me give you an example. Imagine going to a restaurant with your family and enjoying a sumptuous meal. In fact, you enjoyed the meal so much you get the recipe and plan to recreate the recipe for your family. You and your family are so excited your mouths water in anticipation.

But when you finish preparing the dish you're actually very disappointed and, though they try to hide it, the disappointment shows on your family's faces as well. Someone your version of this dish doesn't quite look like what you had at the restaurant and it doesn't taste nearly as good. Yet you followed the recipe step-by-step. What could have gone wrong?

Well, several things. It could be that the restaurant chef uses a secret ingredient that isn't revealed in the recipe. It could be that the chef has their own unique way of combining and cooking the ingredients. Whatever, it is they do something, and it may be quite subtle, that has a profound effect on the outcome of this particular recipe.

So, if you are confident that your affirmations have been properly constructed from a neural-linguistic point of view, there may be something else that you're omitting in your practice of daily positive affirmations.

For instance, when you say your affirmations, do you visualize what that affirmation really means? For instance, take the affirmation:

"I am financially independent."

What does that mean to you? If you were financially independent what kind of lifestyle would you be enjoying? Who would you be sharing your time with? Where would you be living? How would you spend your leisure time? What type of home would you be living in?

Well, do you ask yourself those types of questions and imagine what it would be like to be financially independent? Or, do you simply say the words to yourself with little or no emotion?

Here's the thing. Unless you put your heart and soul into your affirmations they will not work. You have to get emotionally involved.

Your affirmations represent something that you haven't yet acquired. Think of a series of vertical shelves. What you currently have in your life is within easy reach for you. What you're seeking is on a higher shelf. So you're either going to have to stretch yourself or stand on something which will elevate you in order to reach what you're aiming for.

Now let's look at the issue that your positive affirmations just don't seem to be working. All too often we give up on something just before we reach the point of breakthrough. And yet, some our darkest moments obscure some of our most glorious opportunities and eventual achievements - if we just have the courage to hold on until dawn break.

Nelson Mandela had a dream to see the end of apartheid in South Africa but, when he was imprisoned, for a long time he thought his dream was over. But then one day he experienced a shift in his perception and he thought to himself that maybe this was how things appeared as his dream was unfolding.

With this new insight he began seeing things differently and one day his voice of intuition said he should start writing letters about his experiences and the rest, as they say, is history.

Practicing daily positive affirmations does work and can work for you. But only if you believe they work and only if you out the effort in to make them work.

Learn How to Enhance Your Self-Esteem and Super-charge Your Self-Confidence

The extent of your self-esteem and self-confidence will either make or break you and Oprah Winfrey asked an interesting question regarding self-esteem.

"Are we all born with innate self-esteem that erodes over time or is self-esteem something we were supposed to pick up along the way?"

I believe that we are born with innate self-esteem but our environment affects whether we build our self-esteem or tear it down.

The trouble is that you are not even aware of the many of the factors and incidents that influence, shape and build or destroy your self-esteem and self-confidence as many occur during childhood. And a lot of damage can occur during this period and this damage can persist through to adulthood when you may become more analytical of your behaviour and more critical of your results.

You may find that despite your best efforts your results do not meet your expectations. And, superficially, there can be several practical reasons for this but when you delve deep enough you'll generally find that, somewhere along the line there are issues regarding your self-esteem and self-confidence.

When you address these issues you naturally become more and when you become more you're able to do more because you have greater belief in your abilities and you therefore achieve more. Increasing your self-esteem and self-confidence puts you in a more expansive state.

So while a degree of self-esteem may be encoded into your being from birth, as with everything, if you don't work to enhance your self-esteem it will erode over time. The most successful individuals will all tell you that they have worked on improving their self-esteem and when they did their life and their results improved dramatically.

So here are three simple ways to enhance your self-esteem and super-charge your self-confidence:

1. Change Your Physiology
Or more simply put – change your physical state. Some people practice being as small as possible. You get the feeling sometimes that if they could make themselves invisible they would. It's like when you watch a performance by a dance company. You often find that your eyes are riveted on a particular dancer because they have that something extra, that special presence that has nothing whatsoever to do with their dance technique.

So stand taller, hold your head up high, expand your shoulders, breath more fully and walk with a spring in your stride. You'll immediately start to feel better about yourself because by changing your physical state you'll positively alter your biochemical state as well.

2. Change Your Self-Talk
Business Optimization Expert, Stephen Pierce said that the foundation to all success is a combination of your self-talk, self-esteem and self-image. It's one thing for a person to speak to you in a derogatory manner. It's quite another when that person is you as Rob Bremer said:

"If you had a friend who talked to you like you sometimes talk to yourself, would you continue to hang around with that person?"

Now you can't get away from you and so to improve your self-esteem, it's imperative that you improve your self-talk. You know you feel better when someone speaks to you in a positive and encouraging manner and so do yourself a favour and speak to yourself in this manner whether or not things are going your way.

Stephen Pierce said in the early days of his own personal transformation he used to shout out "Cancel" whenever he found himself thinking a negative thought. You can adopt your own method of interrupting the pattern of your negative thinking.

3. Stare Fear in the Face
You can either live a life of fear where you're afraid to try anything new and afraid to go after your goals and dreams because you fear that you will not be successful. Or you can stare fear in the face and do the thing you think you cannot.

"You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face... You must do the thing you think you cannot do."
Eleanor Roosevelt

You can start out by doing small things and gradually work your way up to doing things which are more challenging. Or you can do something of greater magnitude. The thing is that each time you overcome your fear, when you face fear on another occasion it becomes easier to overcome because, within your memory bank you'll have lots of experiences to refer to.

And each time you do this you'll be giving your self-esteem a boost.

Goal Achievement Lessons from Olympian Michael Phelps

Video: Michael Phelps - 100m Butterfly Final - Beijing Olympics 2008

Michael Phelps is regarded as the greatest Olympian in history winning 8 Olympic Gold medals in the Beijing Olympics eclipsing the record set by Mark Spitz at the Munich Olympics of seven gold medals. So he's a great model to learn about goal achievement.

The goals you wish to achieve may or may not be as monumental as those set by Phelps, still, whatever your goals following these five tips will help to assure your success.

1. Write down your goals
You probably heard this countless times but do you do this? Do you write your goals down and review them on a regular basis. All great goal achievers write their goals down. They write them down in detail and they write down a synopsis of their goals as well - perhaps on a 3x5 index card or a special card created specifically for this purpose that they can regularly review.

For the Beijing Olympics, Michael Phelps wrote down his goals and then he worked backwards to set targets within those goals that he knew would give him the best chance of achieving his desired outcome. So he wrote down his target times as well as split times. Writing down his goals is a success habit that Michael Phelps cultivated from an early age. As a child he would write down his goals and stick them on the refrigerator and you're probably very familiar with just how often children like to visit the refrigerator.

Michael Phelps has typed his 2012 goals on his laptop. You can do this too and there are even special programs and or online communities that will help facilitate this. However, something almost magical happens when you physically write down your goals. Some individuals make it a habit of writing down their goals every day.

2. Be selective with who you share your goals
There are people who will support you and there will be people who, if they had their way, would dash your hopes and dreams to pieces. And it may simply be a matter of their insecurities or them not wanting to see you experience disappointment should your goal not materialize as you plan.

So share your goals with those who you know will support you and those who you know can help you to achieve your goals.

With respect to his goals for 2012 Michael Phelps said:

"There is only one person who can help me get there and that is my coach, Bob. Bob and I work together to achieve my goals and that is why him and I are the only two people who know what my goals are."

3. Visualise your goals
Visualisation is critical to the goal achievement process. You not only have to be able to visualise yourself completing your goal, you have to see beyond that point and multiple stages in between. For instance, when NASA wanted to send a man to the moon they realised that the successful completion of this particular goal was not simply getting a man a man to the moon but returning him safely back to Earth. And so, this is what they had to prepare for. If you don't project beyond the goal you're trying to achieve you may find that you come up short even if you achieve your main goal.

It has been shown that when athletes visualise themselves performing that their muscle fibres react as those they were physically performing. The beauty about visualisation is that it's something you can do almost anytime and anywhere, although first thing in the morning and last thing at night are two excellent times to visualise your goals. Phelps' visualises his races daily with such intensity he can see the bubbles in his wake.

4. Develop your mental strength
The bigger the goal you set yourself the more resistance you're going to experience. And so if you don't develop mental fortitude you will not last the course. Preparing for the Olympics is a four year ordeal during which much can happen to distract you and obstruct your progress and so you really do need single-mindedness of purpose.

"I think the biggest thing is that if I have something on my mind that I want to achieve, I don't give up and I won't stop until I realise it."

One way to develop your mental fortitude and 'sticktoittiveness' is to have a big reason why – something that will help to keep you motivated. For Phelps it's about raising the profile of swimming to the masses. He's passionate about encouraging young people to swim. Phelps' life story could have turned out rather differently. As a child he suffered with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). He was sent to swimming lessons as a positive outlet for his energy.

5. Be dedicated to the pursuit of your goals
It takes tremendous dedication to achieve your goals. You have to be prepared to make sacrifices and you have to be prepared to do things that others are not. Phelps trains twice a day for six hours a day, seven days a week. During his weekly training systems he swims the equivalent of 37-50 miles. He even trains on Christmas Day. Between 1998 and 2003, Phelps missed only three training sessions - two for a wisdom tooth operation and one because of a snowstorm.

Other outstanding athletes do similar things. For instance, great runners will train come rain or shine because they know that they cannot predict what the weather will be like when they have to compete. So they prepare themselves for as broad a range of circumstances as possible.

Likewise, whatever area you've set goals in, determine what you would have to do to give yourself that edge and then do it.

Saying Daily Positive Affirmations Just Doesn't Work

Personal Development experts recommend you use daily positive affirmations to help you achieve the success you seek and achieve your goals. But, so often I hear:

"Positive affirmations just don't work. I've been saying positive affirmations for ages and nothing's changed. In fact, things have become worse."

In "The Science of Getting Rich", Wallace D Wattles said in relation to his theory that:

"Furthermore, if every person who does what I tell him to do gets rich, this is positive proof until someone goes through the process and fails."

The same can be said of using positive affirmations. There's an effective way to practice them and this method works without fail. If you are not achieving successful results with affirmations you need to examine the affirmations that you are using and the manner in which you are practicing them.

Remember,

"You become what you think about."
Napoleon Hill

So if you're saying positive affirmations and your life is getting worse, guess what you're thinking about? You are thinking negative thoughts. Your outer world reflects your inner world not just sometimes - all the time.

But there can be another problem. The so-called positive affirmations that you repeat to yourself may not even be positive. So many times I've read affirmations which are not constructed properly.

A common fault is to express your affirmation in the negative such as:

"I will not waste time."

Your sub-conscious mind does not process negatives. So to your sub-conscious mind the above statement comes across as:

"I will waste time."

And there's more. In addition to being written in the negative this statement has another strike against it which disqualifies it as a positive affirmation. Someone who says this to themselves is likely to be someone who wants to be more productive and use their time more efficiently. But this statement focuses on what they don't want to do - waste time. Yet, they repeat this statement to themselves over and over to themselves and expect positive change.

A more appropriate affirmation would be:

"I invest my time wisely."

People often make reference to how they "spend" their time but as Adam Urbanski pointed out, when you use time you are literally using up part of your live and so if you regard it as an investment you are more likely to give greater consideration to how you use your time. In whatever manner you choose to use your time, you are giving up part of your life for it.

In the movie "The Secret", Bob Proctor gives another example of how people's affirmations, this time with respect to money can keep them bound. He said that many people want to attract more money but they are focusing on debt.

"I don't care if it's get in or get out of debt. If you're thinking of debt, that’s what you're going to attract."
Bob Proctor

So in this case your affirmations could be about wanting to achieve financial freedom or achieve financial independence. Remember an affirmation is simply something that you affirm to yourself. It can be true. It can be false. It can be positive or negative.

And they're numerous other ways in which people can unwittingly make errors when constructing their affirmations. So have your affirmations checked by a coach or NLP Practitioner or someone else who truly understands affirmations, the power of words and the hidden meaning within what you say. In this way you can be certain that your daily positive affirmations actually have a chance of working for you rather than against you to help you achieve success.

For an excellent program to guide you step-by-step in creating your positive affirmations and then showing you how to explode their effectiveness by creating a Mind Movie visit:

Positive Affirmations and the Power of Your Words

You use positive affirmations to help you to achieve your goals. And fundamentally, positive affirmations are just words but it is the way in which you combine those words and the actual words that you use in creating your affirmations that mean the difference between succeeding in achieving your goals or failing.

The words you use, both spoken and unspoken, literally control the results you achieve in your life. As Bill Bartmann said:

"The words that we use to describe the thing we want predicates more often than not our own success or own failure."

Yet, far too many people do not pay attention to the words they use to describe themselves far less the words they use to describe what they desire. In many cases the words that people use to describe themselves are often negative and erode their self-esteem making it even more challenging to achieve the results that they desire. As Gloria Steinem said:

"Self-esteem isn't everything; it's just that there's nothing without it."

They then compound matters by describing what they want as a goal. Now some individuals are very clear about what a goal is and what the term goal means to them. They are also very confident about achieving the goals that they set. However, there are others to whom the word goal actually has negative connotations.

To this group of individuals a goal is something which is generally beyond their reach. It's something they aspire to but deep down inside they do not expect to achieve it. So they set a goal and they fulfil their prophecy that they will not achieve it. In other words they self-sabotage their attempts to accomplish their goal. It then becomes one more on a long list of goals set but not achieved.

So the next time they set a goal their sub-conscious mind checks their personal history of goal setting and goal achievement, sees that the norm is that majority of goals set are not achieved and so again sabotages the individual's effort to achieve this new goal as well. A pattern is established and failing to achieve your goals becomes a habit because the sub-conscious mind resists change. It doesn't like to upset the status quo.

Maybe this has happened to you and if not to you personally, you can probably think of someone to whom this happens time and time again. They set goals and are very enthusiastic for a while but before long the goal is abandoned. They don't even go the distance in their attempt to achieve their goal. Or they repeatedly lament about the number of projects they start but don't finish.

If you do fall into this category and you're using positive affirmations with respect to "goals" you're aiming to achieve then it's likely that you will be disappointed.

There are several different ways to overcome this problem. Bill Bartmann suggests that instead of setting goals you make a promise. Now, admittedly, some people are just as bad at keeping their promises but, generally, when someone makes a promise it is a serious commitment. To some individuals a promise is almost sacred. They would rather die than break a promise.

If you fall into this latter category then you know that when you make a promise that:

1. You don't do so lightly, and

2. You do everything in your power to fulfil your promise.

As a result, you know and those close to you know that even if you don't fulfil your promise that you would have done all that you could to carry out your promise and that nothing more could realistically be asked of you. However, because you pull the stops out when you do make a promise your track record for fulfilling your promises is high.

Thus, when your sub-conscious mind learns that you've made a new promise. It sends out the red alert. And it starts to work flat out, working with you rather than against you, to help you achieve your goal and manifest your promise or positive affirmation.

For a complete system to help you create empowering affirmations and then transform those positive affirmations into a powerful medium that will super-charge the effectiveness of your affirmations visit:

The Power of Visualization, Taming Tiger and Peak Performance

"Visualization may be the most underutilized success tool that you possess."
Jack Canfield, best-selling author of Success Principles

This was demonstrated in a dramatic fashion when Y.E. Yang defeated Tiger Woods to become Asia's first major winner at the USA PGA Championship in Hazeltine.

Until now, Tiger Woods has never failed to win from the front in his 14 major victories. And so Yang's victory which sees him leapfrog from 110 in the world to 34 is all the more remarkable and he attributes his victory to being prepared for just the type of circumstance that lead to his victory.

Even Albert Einstein recognized the power of visualization or imagination. Athletes have been practicing this technique for years because it has been scientifically proven that when you visualize your body has the same biochemical reactions and the same muscle fibres are activated as if you were experiencing an event for real.

Your mind doesn't differentiate between what is imagined and what is real.

This can prove to be your undoing because many people imagine or visualize what they don't want but when you visualize what you truly want, this tool is powerful indeed. And the more intensely you visualize, the more you involve your senses the more real your visualization will seem. It's not just what you see but it's what you feel that's key.

So, for instance, you can visualize yourself at peak performance while in a high-pressure environment and this is what Y.E. Yang did:

"I've visualized this quite a few times - playing against the best player in the history of golf, playing with him in the final round in a major championship."

Y.E. Yang noticed how many golfers seem to choke when placed in a similar position. He realized that to emerge victorious from such an encounter that he would have to first of all remain calm and focused. But he also needed something else. He not only needed to control his emotions he needed to control his actions and have at his disposal a range of plays he could make in such a situation.

"When I was at home or at a tournament watching Tiger in the clubhouse, I'd usually try to visualize and try to bring up a mock strategy on how to win if I ever played against Tiger."

Y.E. Yang was thinking like a chest player or even a fighter pilot. Whatever situation was thrown at him he was going to be ready and if it was a situation he had actually visualized he would have dreamt up enough other strategic moves that he would easily be able to come up with the appropriate play while maintaining his composure. And so on this historic occasion Y.E. Yang found his authentic swing to win the day.

However, visualization is not merely for athletes. It's a tool used by all peak performers.

"I've discovered that numerous peak performers use the skill of mental rehearsal of visualization. They mentally run through important events before they happen."
Charles Garfield

And it's a tool that can be and should be used by you if you truly wish to learn how to turn on peak performance at will.

And for a wealth of resources to help you accelerate your success and use the power of visualization to achieve your goals visit:

Visualization: How Stella Got Her Groove Back And You Can Too

"How Stella Got Her Groove Back" is a movie starring Angela Bassett and Taye Diggs. Angela Bassett plays the role of Stella a very successful, highly-driven 40-year-old single parent. She's persuaded by her close friend Deliah (Whoopi Goldberg) to take a well-earned vacation to Jamaica.

While on vacation, Stella meets Winston Shakepeare, 20 years her junior, and they start a romance. Their age difference, the responsibilities of motherhood and a host of other factors make this love affair rather complicated. But none of that is the point of this post.

Stella was at first reluctant to even take a holiday to Jamaica but then she saw a TV advert promoting the beautiful Caribbean island and was instantly transported. Stella wasn't just watching the advert. She became part of the advert. She was the woman frolicking among the waves, running along the beach, and sipping cocktails with handsome male companions.

In those few moments, she relished the beauty of her surroundings. She felt the tropical heat and the coolness of the sea. She could hear the sound of the waves.

In other words, she visualized what it would be like to experience a holiday in Jamaica. And, it wasn't so much the advert but the manner in which she used her senses to experience the advert and imagine what it would be like to be on holiday in Jamaica that convinced her to throw caution to the wind and take a holiday.

Albert Einstein said:

"Imagination is everything. It's the preview of life's coming attractions."

By "imagination", Albert Einstein was referring to what we call visualization. And he was exactly right.

Visualization is very important to the process of goal achievement. The more vividly, intensely and frequently you practice visualizing your goals the faster you'll be able to manifest your goals. As John Assaraf said:

"Visualize and meditate your way to success. Vivid visualizations are fuel for your dreams."

Visualizing is like daydreaming and the chances are that, when you were young, you were very good at daydreaming. But then, as you got older it's likely, that you were often told to snap out of your reverie. You may have lost your ability to easily visualize but improving this skill will greatly enhance the chances of you achieving your goals.

Jack Canfield said that:

"Visualization may be the most underutilized success tool that you possess."

But what makes visualization so powerful? Visualization helps you to tap into and unleash the power of your sub-conscious mind.

You know how sometimes couples joke about who really wears the pants in a relationship? Well, in your life, your sub-conscious mind definitely wears the pants. You may think that you're running things but the reality is that on a day-to-day basis you're actually in control, at best, about 5% of the time. Generally, it's closer to 1%.

I know. I found that hard to believe as well at first. But you basically run on a set of programmes or habits and your sub-conscious mind is running those programmes. So, if you don't have the co-operation of your sub-conscious mind, when it comes to goal achievement, basically you're screwed.

So how do you use effectively use visualization in the goal achievement process. You simply imagine or visualize your goals as already complete. This is why you need a clear picture of your goals and why using imagery such as in a vision board or a mind movie is so effective.

However, it's not just what you see when you've completed your goals. You have to involve all your senses.

And when you practice visualization on a consistent and regular basis you will become magnetized to the people, resources, and opportunities that will help you to achieve your goals. In other words people, resources and opportunities will be attracted to you.

Visualization will also sharpen your powers of perception so that you readily recognize these resources. In many cases, they may have been staring you in the face but you just didn't recognize the resource or opportunity for what it was. Your sub-conscious mind didn't realise it was important to you and simply filtered out the information.

All you then need to do is take action.

And that, in a nutshell is how Stella got her groove back and how you can too - through visualization. So what do you really want? Close your eyes and visualize.

Jack Canfield will be opening the Virtual Abundance Expo which starts tomorrow with a presentation titled "The Power of an Abundant Vision: How to Attract What You Want When You Want It". There are more than 12 speakers including Sir Richard Branson, Bob Proctor and Marci Shimoff for this special virtual event which you can attend for the princely sum of $1. The Power of Visualization to Achieve Your Goals and Manifest Your Dreams

Tour of John Assaraf's Home

One of the most memorable elements of the movie "The Secret" was John Assaraf talking about the moment he discovered that the home he was living in was actually the home whose picture he had placed on his vision board.

Well, recently John Assaraf created a video where he was giving a guided tour of his home to a few guests. He has been living in his dream home for about 10 years now and, as you watch him give his guests the guided tour, you can see that he's completely at one with his environment.

It's a beautiful home, stylishly decorated and adorned with art - he's quite a collector. It's large and spacious without appearing overwhelming and the views from just about anywhere in this home are stunning. But this post is not about this home. It's about the process by which it was acquired.

John Assaraf saw a picture of a lovely house in a magazine. It was the type of home he knew he wanted to live in some day so he cut out the picture and placed it on his vision board. And he meditated and visualized the goals he wanted to achieve every day.

"Visualize and meditate your way to success. Vivid visualizations are fuel for your dreams.
John Assaraf

He imagined what it would be like to live in this home. He visualized:

~ What he would see as he moved through the house
~ How he would feel living in the house
~ What he would hear in the tranquil setting
~ The delicious meals he would share with family and friends

He worked hard at building his business - multiple businesses in fact. He took inspired action. His success grew and grew. Then an opportunity came up to buy a lovely new house. He made the purchase and then, like most home-owners he spent time renovating the house to transform it into the home he desired.

So, it was a while before he got around to fully unpacking. Then, one day his son came into his office and asked what was in one of the storage boxes. Rather than go through a lengthy explanation, he decided to simply show him. It was then he realised that the picture on of the house on the vision board was his home. It was an overwhelming moment.

You too can achieve what John Assaraf has achieved. Vision boards are just one of a multitude of ways which you can help to achieve your goals and manifest your dreams.

Start Creating Your Vision Board Today!

The key is FOCUS. You have to maintain your focus on what your goals and the things you truly desire in life no matter how far they may be out of your current reality. And the creation of a vision board is one way to do this.

Another way is to make your own personalized movie composed of images, pictures and affirmations relevant to your goals. Setting this movie to a powerful and motivating soundtrack will help enhance your emotional response to your movie.

For best results you should practice visualizing and watch your personal movie several times a day. The best times are when you awake and just before you go to sleep when the sub-conscious mind is more receptive.

In "The Secret" Jack Canfield also talks about how he harnessed the power of visualization to achieve a goal that he had set. He wanted to earn $100,000 - a huge goal for a teacher who was on a salary of $8,000 per year. He placed a large thousand dollar note above his bed so that it was the first thing he saw when he woke up and the last thing he saw before going to sleep.

He would focus on this big goal and visualise what it would be like living the lifestyle of someone earning $100,000. By the end of that year Jack Canfield earned over $92,000 from the sale of a book that he'd already written. In other words the means to earn the additional income was there but until he set the target of earning $100,000 he was unaware of the opportunities to do so.

So don't be afraid to set big goals and dreams. It takes no more effort to set a goal for something small that something big and tap into the power of visualisation to achieve your goals and manifest your dreams.

And for a complete system to create your own movie, symbolic of the goals and dreams you want to achieve in life visit:

I Don't Like Mind Movies

I've been checking in periodically with Rich Schefren's "The Uncertainty Syndrome" Live 24h Streaming Broadcast:

I happened to stumble upon a comment from someone about Mind Movies. The person said that they didn't like Mind Movies and found them to be "strange at best".

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion yet I find remarks like this to be frustrating because it's clear they don't understand how affirmations work, the power of visualisation or the sub-conscious mind.

The thing is we live in a world where our minds are continuously receiving external stimuli and information. There are sounds that you don't hear consciously but your sub-conscious can hear. We receive images from television, magazines, newspapers, billboards and the like consciously and sub-consciously.

Just take the example of billboards. Imagine driving down a stretch of road lined with billboards. As you drive down that road your mind takes in those images. Some billboards are designed so that the adverts rotate so you may even take in more than one image as you drive by. These images form a movie in your mind and can provoke an emotional response from you.

These images can help to reinforce a particular belief you may have or may even create new beliefs which you may not even be aware of. The influence of these billboards can be positive or negative. Often it is negative.

For instance, in the UK violence among young people is a huge concern. There is hardly a day that goes by when there isn't a report of a young person being fatally stabbed. Channel 4 recently ran a series of programs to highlight this program.

One of the ways in which they advertised the series was through billboards. One billboard shows a teenager pointing an imaginary gun to the head of another teenager. It is a shocking image and one which is being continually impregnated into the minds of those who have to pass it on a regular basis.

I personally do not believe that such images are helpful. For someone who has violent tendencies it could be perceived as "cool" and actually encourage violence. For others the image is simply distressing.

What we want is for the needless sacrifice of young lives to end. Yet instead of portraying an image showing young teenagers expressing mutual respect to another the opposite is shown - a teenager showing a complete lack of regard for the life of another and willing to snuff that gift of life.

Now, Mind Movies are designed with images of things and people who inspire and motivate you. They consist of images that are symbolic of your goals and dreams. When you use them on a regular basis you are guaranteed a generous dollop of positivity that helps to counteract the negativity that we generally face on a daily basis.

Mind Movies help to keep you focused on the things that you want. They give your sub-conscious a clear point of reference. Suddenly, the things you desire start to happen as if by magic but no magic is involved. It's just the Law of Attraction at work.

It's as if your sub-conscious mind is saying - "If you wanted this all along why didn't you tell me?"

You see, while earlier on I talked about things being positive or negative, the sub-conscious mind does not make such distinctions. To the sub-conscious mind everything just is.

Yet, it is your sub-conscious mind that is effectively driving everything you do. And if you want to know what your beliefs are and how your sub-conscious mind is currently programmed you simply have to look at your results.

The programming of your sub-conscious mind was years in the making. It will take consistent and repeated effort to re-program your mind and keep your mind free from "viruses" that could corrupt and disable your desired program.

If you own a computer then you have systems in place to ensure that it's programming remains free from viruses. And, should a virus manage to penetrate your computer's defences then you have systems in place to deal with that situation as well. Why then, would anyone not want to do the same for their mind?

The special offer on Mind Movies and all the wonderful bonuses that are on offer will go up tomorrow. Someone who purchases their Mind Movie Creation Kit before midnight EST - it's a $5,000 Maui manifestation vacation for two.

Mind Movie Bonuses

If you haven't already bought your Mind Movie Creation Kit then do so. This stuff works.

You have nothing to lose. You have what is virtually a life time guarantee. In other words, if at any time you are not happy with the product you can simply return it for a full refund - no questions asked.

However, this is what I recommend. Purchase the Mind Movie Creation Kit and create your Mind Movie using the digital version of the product which you'll be able to download immediately. Then give someone you care about the physical version of the product.

I have to agree with the person who said that they didn't like Mind Movies. I don't like Mind Movies.

"I LOVE Mind Movies!"

Enjoy the process of manifesting your goals and dreams.

Brainwave Entrainment Engineer Morry Zelcovitch Enlisted to Boost Effects of Mind Movies

I mentioned in my last post that Certified Brainwave Engineer Morry Zelcovitch has been enlisted by the Mind Movies team to boost the effects of their already powerful visualisation tool. With all the excitement that Mind Movies has been generating the true significance of this may have gone unnoticed so I want to explain the importance of Morry's input.

The theory behind Mind Movies is not new. It is well-known that visualisation and positive affirmations work. Sports personalities in particular are known for using visualisation and positive affirmations in their training. Serena Williams was even seen reading a notebook which contained her hand-written affirmations during a Wimbledon match.

Many people use vision or dream boards which are essentially a collage of images along with potent word and or phrases representing the vision that a person has of their life. It's a visual representation of their goals and dreams.

With a Mind Movie images and positive affirmations are entwined with a soundtrack to create a short yet highly emotive video. Individuals who have watched their Mind Movie at least twice a day - first thing in the morning and last thing at night before going to sleep have been reporting dramatic results.

The reason for this is that a Mind Movie really helps to focus a person's mind on the things they desire and so you naturally start to do the actions that will move you closer to your goals. Your Reticular Activating System is also activated so that you more readily start to notice opportunities that are relevant to the achievement of your goals.

The special brainwave entrainment audio created by Morry Zelcovitch, creator of the Quantum Mind Power System, to accompany your Mind Movie is a very important component and will significantly boost the effects of any Mind Movie. The reason for this is simple.

The addition of Morry's audio will contribute significantly to the effectiveness of Mind Movies because it will make it easier to access the sub-conscious mind while using them.

Scientists have shown that 83% of our brain matter is associated with our sub-conscious mind while just 17% is associated with our conscious mind. Your sub-conscious mind is the part of your brain that is working night and day to perform a myriad of functions that keep you alive. It also largely controls the results you achieve and 96-98% of all the choices and decisions you make originate in the sub-conscious mind.

This means that your conscious mind is only responsible for 2-4% of your actual behaviours and results. Therefore, any program that works just at the conscious level will not bring about permanent change and will not effectively move you to do the actions you know you ought to do to achieve the results you desire.

John Assaraf, one of the stars of the movie "The Secret" says:

"If you do not make your goals part of your sub-conscious mind where your universal intelligence is hooked up to, where your perception is hooked up to, where your habits are hooked up to, where your behaviours come from, you will never achieve your goals."

It is for this reason that many individuals fail to achieve their goals even although their desire and will power is strong. The reality is you have to change your brain if you want to change your life. Thankfully, no painful procedures are required. Modern technology has provided us with techniques such as The Morry Method™, that uses brainwave entrainment, that we can use for just a few minutes each day and yet create profound and lasting positive change to the quality of our lives and the results we achieve.

Brainwave entrainment is perfectly safe. Throughout the day, whether we are asleep or awake, our brains emit certain frequencies. These frequencies correspond to our level of alertness. By using certain carefully constructed audios we can influence the frequencies our brains emit and so get the brain to go into altered states of consciousness. We can encourage the release of beneficial neurotransmitters and endorphins. What's more this is all very natural.

Consider it like bringing order to what can sometimes be a chaotic mind - something akin to defragmenting your computer. If you took brain scans before and after listening to brainwave entrainment audios you would find that the image of the brain after entrainment looks far more organised. This is another factor why such audios are so effective because the secret to success is having clear, organised thoughts.

"The more tranquil a man becomes, the greater is his success, his influence, his power for good. Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom."
James Allen

Create Your Future with Your Personalised Mind Movie

I create personalised subliminal MP3s, I'm a NLP Practitioner, I'm very visual and know from personal experience the power of vision boards, positive affirmations, etc. Yet, I delayed in creating my own Mind Movie.

If you haven't heard of Mind Movies then let me briefly explain. The term was coined by Ryan and Natalie from Australia. It's where you combine positive affirmations with images and music to create a movie that is short yet powerful summary of the goals you are striving to achieve. Think of it as a preview to your life's coming attractions. A Mind Movie helps you to consciously use the Law of Attraction to get what you desire in life.

Take Ryan for example. He turned his life around in just 90 days. He was able to quit his job packing boxes and fire his boss - something which gave him immense pleasure. He cleared his debts and now has his own business and is able to live a life of financial freedom.

You can create a Mind Movie that is holistic, i.e. one that encompasses all the major areas of your life or you can choose a specific area of your life that you want to focus on such as wealth, health, spirituality, career, family or relationships.

I downloaded some pre-made Mind Movies and thought that overall they were great. However, there were obviously elements that didn't entirely resonate with me so instead of my mind smoothly flowing with these pre-made movies I was encountering moments of resistance. I knew then that I had to create my own and what a difference.

Every image I choose had multiple meanings that went beyond the first visual impact but yet only I would understand. Every affirmation was specific to the goals I'm aiming to achieve. The backing track I choose has special significance to me.

I can watch it on my computer but I prefer to watch on my iPod which makes it much easier for me to watch. As recommended, I've been watching it first thing in the morning and also just before I go to bed. It's been only a few days and so I can't report that I have manifested anything amazing - yet.

However, when I watch my Mind Movie I feel incredibly energised and I am noticing positive changes in terms of my focus and productivity. I've even offered to create Mind Movies for a few select friends and clients because I want them to share this powerful tool.

Bob Proctor, is one of my mentors. When he set about transforming his life he wrote his goal on a piece of card - a Goal Card which he carried with him always. He read it several times a day and when he wasn't in a position to read it he would simply touch it. I am convinced that Bob Proctor would have manifested his goals even faster if he used a Mind Movie.

Click the link below if you'd like to download some pre-made Mind Movies although, I'm sure that you too will want to create your own.

The Game of Life, Goal Achievement and the Power of Visualisation

I came across this quote recently:

"We didn't lose the game; we just ran out of time."
Vince Lombardi

It reminded of the sad demise of the co-author of "101 Things to do Before You Die", Dave Freeman, who died last week after hitting his head in a fall at his home. He was just 47.

In some media much was made of the fact that he died before he completed his 101 list. I thought to myself that anyone focusing on the goals that Freeman didn't achieve was perhaps missing the point.

We are all in a game - it's a game of life and one day the referee will blow his/her whistle and say:

"Time's up!"

Now, at that point, whether we have won the game of life or whether we have lost will depend on one thing only.

It won't be a question of the goals we did not achieve or even the goals we did achieve. The main question will be:

"Did you play the game of life in full?"

At least Freeman made a list of his goals which is far more than the majority of people do. What's more he had the courage to share his dreams with the world knowing that some people would support and encourage him and celebrate his achievements and victories while others would be critical of what he didn't accomplish.

If you're playing the game of life in full and not simply sitting on the sidelines, then every time your head hits the pillow you will still have a long list of goals yet to achieve. They will become the focus of your dreams whether you are asleep or awake.

Goals don't just give us the motivation to succeed in life. They are the driving force of life itself. So if you haven't made your list of goals yet and written them down then I urge you to do so. You don't have to go so far as to write 101 things that you'd like to achieve. However, if you do find creating such a long list daunting then maybe this is a sign that you are not fully embracing the wonderful gift of life.

By all means start with a smaller list if that feels less overwhelming but be sure to keep updating it as you complete your goals. Treat your life like one magnificent adventure.

The Power of Visualisation

A proven way to help you manifest your goals more rapidly is by using visualisation. Visualisation helps to align you with what you desire in life so that you achieve your goals and dreams faster and easier.

A super effective way to boost your visualisation is through creating a video of your dreams and goals. If you have no experience in creating videos then don't worry because help is at hand.

Two Aussie friends of mine, Ryan and Natalie, have made the process incredibly simple and fun with what they call Mind Movies. In addition, they have even created some generic videos on topics such as wealth, relationships and health that you can download for FREE and start using immediately to transform the quality of your life.

Each movie lasts about couple of minutes. You can watch it on your computer or even download it to your iPod. Watch the movies at least twice a day - first thing in the morning and last thing and night before you go to bed.

If you don't believe that watching a movie for 2 minutes a day can help you achieve your goals all you stand to lose is about 5-6 minutes a days when your brain will be focused on positive thoughts and things that you desire.

However, you stand to gain so much. What would it mean to you to achieve your dreams and goals? So go ahead, click the link below and access your FREE Mind Movies while they are still available. This gift is valued at $234 and is available free for a limited time only.
